Sodium

I think watching my sodium intake is the next dietary restriction I'm going to implement. I was at the library last week and on the "New Arrivals" shelf was a little book called Confessions of a Carb Queen. The book is about a woman who lost a lot of weight on the rice diet or whatever it's called. I think she mostly ate pasta though. I don't know, the book didn't grab my attention like I thought it would. The one thing that I did get out of it was that restricting sodium is a good thing.
Then I realized that I don't eat that much salt. I don't even have table salt in my apartment! I have a couple cans of green beans in the cupboard just in case I don't feel like messing with frozen, and both cans are the "no salt added" kind. I have 6 cans of tuna and all are the 50% less sodium kind. Apparently, I already watch my sodium intake. I guess all those years of listening to Grandma talk about how bad salt is sunk in at some point.

I want to say that I am craving prunes with peanut butter today. I'm definitely getting some at the grocery store next time I go.
