Chicken...again
I made the chicken dish again. I started by sauteing some garlic and finely chopped celery (because I had it) in olive oil. I took that out of the pan and browned the chicken thighs. Once it was browned, I added the garlic and celery back in along with a can of chopped tomatoes, some frozen ( I thawed them first) green beans and some oregano. Simmered for 30 minutes.
