For some reason it feels like a good day for some low carb chili.
I diced one small onion, and sauted it until soft, then set it aside.
Next I browned 2 pounds of lean ground beef.
While the beef was browning, I seeded and chopped 2 jalapeno peppers.
To the browned beef I added the onion, the pepper, one can of diced tomatoes, and one packet of Williams chili seasoning (no salt added, no fillers, 2 carbs per serving). I let all this simmer, covered for about 30 minutes on the stove. I took a picture while it was cooking. You can see steam!!
