More food


Seeing what I can cook is pretty much my excitement in the morning when I get home. I had some raw broccoli and cauliflower that needed to be cooked, so I roasted it. Toss with olive oil, spread on a pan lined with foil (easy clean up) and put in a 400 degree oven for 20-30 minutes. This is really good with chunks of red onion, too but I don't have any. Crap, I have a couple heads of garlic. This would have been good with a few garlic cloves, too.

Later I am going to make pan seared, boneless pork chops with stone ground mustard to go with it.
