Why is the concept of no ketchup so hard to grasp? What happens when those words travel through the little box thingy to Drive-Thru Barbie's ear piece that make it sound like "Extra ketchup and get as much as possible on the wrapper."
I ordered a double cheeseburger, no ketchup. I got a double cheeseburger with ketchup. Now, I understand that sometimes mistakes happen, and when you get a double, usually the ketchup is just on the top bun so you can salvage the bottom hamburger patty and if you're lucky, a piece of cheese (although the cheese is usually stuck to the bun and I throw that out). Oh no, not today. Today my double cheeseburger had ketchup on both buns and all over the wrapper. Gross.
I know that I can order my burgers bunless, and I'd probably up the odds of actually getting one without ketchup if I started doing that, but I don't want a spit burger from some disgruntled fast food worker who is an the middle of a lunch rush.
