I worked out with Dan the trainer last night. I wanted to weigh, but there was a group of people standing around scale and I didn't want anybody to see how much I weigh. It's kind of like a little kid who covers his eyes and thinks that you can't see him because he can't see. If they can't see an actual number, nobody will know I'm fat!
Anyway...Dan said he would stand behind me so nobody could see. I get up on the scale and OH NO!!! The number is like 40 pounds higher than it was yesterday. For a second all logic left me and panic set in.
And then I remembered Dan the trainer behind me. I turned around and there he was, his foot pressing down on the scale (and my HEART!!) , giggling like a little girl. Yeah, I said it. LIKE A LITTLE GIRL!!
