Monday - Blech
Today's shake was strawberry, mango and banana. Now I want a soda, but I have to go "borrow" money out of my bosses desk because I gave my soda money away.
I'm in an odd mood this morning and I think the best way to get out of it would be to go to the gym, but I didn't bring my gym bag.
Tuesday -
I did end up walking last night, but it was at 10pm, after class. Mace is a must when walking through crime central after dark, or anytime for that matter. I'm fairly certain that I am not going to be grabbed and thrown into a van, but assault has no weight limits.
Today was chest/shoulders/triceps. Dan the trainer put me through a hell of a workout today. One thing I like about working with Dan is that I don't have to pay too much attention to anything except lifting, he does all the counting and writing. I know what I benched, though:
Bench press: 15 x 45, 15 x 60, 15 x 70
