My calves are sore today. Yesterday was leg day - ball squats, hip sled, leg extensions, leg curls, adductor, abductor, and calves. 3 sets of 15 each. I have no idea about weight because I was working out with Dan. I do know that we started at 100 pounds on the hip sled.
For the past couple weeks, my left hip has been bothering me. When I would lay down to sleep, if I laid on my left side it hurt, but felt ok if I laid on my right side. Last night it hurt when I laid on both sides. My fix action was to put a pillow between my legs. My hip feels SO much better today. I'm just not sure if it actually feels better or if I just cant tell because the other soreness is masking that pain!
