Cabin Fever and DOMS

Lately I've really been wanting to walk outside. Temperature doesn't bother me too much, as a matter of fact, it was sunny and in the 40's this afternoon and it felt great. The only problem is all the snow, ice and slush that would have to be navigated. I'm TERRIFIED of falling, because when I fall, it's gonna hurt. Anyway, I just watched the news and the weather guy said next weekend the temperature should hit 50. I'm thinking that after a week of temperatures above freezing, some sidewalks should be walkable. Even if it's just 10 minutes up and down the street, I'm going to walk outside.

I had a great leg workout yesterday. My legs are sore today and it feels great. I know, that probably sounds a little crazy, but as long as the delayed onset muscle soreness doesn't keep me from being able to sit on the toilet, its good. The soreness right now is perfect. It's saying "oh yeah, you have muscles there." Thankfully they aren't saying "OMG, you f*cking bitch!!"

I made some really good lentil stew today. Try it with crumbled goat's milk feta. Mmmmm.
