Sickness must be going around, everybody at work is kinda phlegmy. And by everybody I mean me and one other person.
For the past week, my workouts haven't seemed very good to me. Lifting weights has been HARD and I'm not able to lift as heavy as I could just 2 weeks ago. Now, it's not really all that dramatic. I haven't gone from doing incline dumbbell presses with 20 pound weights to using 2 pound weights, so it's not a really big deal, but it is frustrating. This is one number I would like to see go up!! I had an excellent back and bicep day today, though. Maybe I'm coming out of my slump. Maybe I just needed a break!
I also need to acknowledge that Dan the Trainer was right about something. I can't for the life of me remember what is was, but I remember him making a bit of a production about it.
