Shake, Shake, Shake...

1 cup ice cold water
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup oats
1 TBSP ground flax seed
1 packet Stevia
1 orange
6 frozen strawberries

Not my favorite, but still really good. Last night I cut all the peel and pith off the orange, cut out the segments, squeezed the juice out of the discarded membranes and froze the segments with the juice. Between that and the frozen strawberries, the shake was perfect. I don't have ice in my apartment so frozen fruit is a must.

(And no, I don't know why I don't have ice. I never use ice. I've got one of those gel thingies in case I need it for an injury. Yes, I have ice trays, I'm just weird. )

I got up early this morning and went to the gym. I was up at 6:30, and at the gym at 7. When I walked in, the front desk girl and another employee were standing there. They both looked at me and then looked at the clock, exclaiming "What are you doing here so early?!"

My reply? "I'm an idiot."
