Drinking breakfast



I know what you are thinking and no, I'm not talking about alcohol.
I'm talking about the breakfast shake!






This morning's shake is 1 cup milk, 2/3 cup frozen mixed berries, 1/3 cup dry oats, 1 scoop protein powder and 1 packet of splenda. It comes in at about 340 calories. This morning I made the shake and then stuck it in the freezer while I got ready for work.
I didn't realize how quickly the freezer worked on my shake. I was happily drinking my breakfast when I looked down and saw this:



It's the Berry Abyss!!! I think I'll start putting these shakes in the freezer on a regular basis. It's makes the morning just a little more entertaining.
