I read recently that people are expected to spend almost 5 billion dollars on halloween. 5 billion dollars. That's pretty amazing for a non gift giving holiday. Although, can you really consider it a non gift giving holiday? If somebody gave me some candy, I would consider it a gift.
5 billion dollars? On what? Snack size candy? Captain Jack costumes? Fake hands?
