Don't they have their own phone number?

The Ballards have a little drama in their lives this week. Their oldest son was in car accident while driving their car. Everybody is ok, but he did go to a clinic to get checked out. I don't know why he didn't go to the emergency room.

That is the least of their worries, though.

Seems that the oldest boy is not insured under their policy. He also is not on their AAA policy.
I always thought that AAA covered the vehicle and not the person driving, but apparently him not being on there is an issue. The message that the insurance company left on my voicemail said that if they would like to add their son to the policy now, their new premium would be $20 less than quoted if he was also included in their AAA.

I have no idea what any of this means. All I know is that their insurance company has my phone number and they are pretty screwed because their son isn't included on their policy.
