I'm not going to be able to go to the gym in the afternoons for a while due to a situation at work. Now I have to figure out if I should go in the morning or evening. The only good part about going in the evening is not having to get up at 5:30. However, the cons are numerous. The biggest problem about going to the gym after work is all the people. Ugh. Going to the gym at 5:30pm in January is insane. I'll be forced to get up early. Really though, I could make this work. Usually I take a weekend day off, but I could take a weekday off instead, and Friday night at the gym isn't packed. So that's only 3 days a week I have to be up at 5:30. This may not suck so bad after all!
Now for dietary goals. The goal for this week (monday through friday) is to stay under 2000 calories a day. 1999.9 is still under 2000.
