Snow.

Yesterday was a great workout day. I did 20 minutes on the treadmill and 35 minutes on the elliptical. When I got home from work, I did upper body weights and stretching.

First big snowstorm of the season has hit. Right now we are in a 'lull'. According to the weather geeks we have 6 inches so far and are expecting another 5-9 by midnight tonight.

The plan is to skip the gym today and do a light workout at home. Maybe I'll put in one of the exercise DVDs I have that I never use. The problem is going to be actually doing it. I'm not big on working out at home. I like the camaraderie and motivation at the gym. The snow doesn't help either. I want to just go home and eat something hot and comforting (read: bad for you).
We did have pizza at work today and I managed to stick with the food I brought and not eat any. This will keep my total calories for the day under 2000.
