5:30am and I was headed for the gym. It went a little better this morning, but it still didn't feel great. I've noticed that I need about double the warm up time in the morning. Usually 5-10 minutes on the treadmill is good enough, but I wasn't able to really get into my workout until I was 20 minutes into it.
I was wondering this morning, while I was pushing myself to ellipticize, if it's possible to train myself to be a morning person?
I'll try again tomorrow so long as the weather holds up.
